Hi, I’m Daijah Cooper.

I’m a Kinesiology student at George Mason University building experience at the intersection of communication, service, creativity, and wellness. From teaching children in the water to contributing my voice through writing and creative projects, I’m continuing to explore where my strengths, interests, and experiences can take me.

I’m at a stage in life where I’m learning what independence, professionalism, and purpose look like for me.
As a college student, I’m gaining experience through work, education, writing, and new opportunities while continuing to discover the areas where I can make the strongest impact.
I believe growth comes from being willing to learn, ask questions, take initiative, and keep moving forward—even when the path is still taking shape.

EXPERIENCE
As a certified swim instructor, I taught children foundational swimming skills while creating a safe, encouraging environment that built confidence in the water. The role strengthened my communication, patience, adaptability, responsibility, and ability to work directly with children and families.
